This Privacy Policy explains how NYVRA SafeSpace (https://space.nyvra.com) handles information when you visit the site or message us to join our private WhatsApp circle for women living with thyroid conditions. Caregivers supporting someone with a thyroid condition may also reach out.

2. What we collect

We do not collect membership applications through a website form. When you message us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) processes that conversation under WhatsApp's own terms. In that chat you may choose to share details such as:

• Your name, city, or approximate age
• Thyroid condition or diagnosis status
• Why you would like to join SafeSpace
• Any other notes you volunteer

If you email us instead, we receive the address and contents you send. Visiting the website may involve standard hosting logs held by our host (for example IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

• To understand whether SafeSpace is a fit for you
• To welcome you into the private WhatsApp circle when invited
• To answer questions and keep the community safe
• To reduce spam, abuse, or harmful contact

We do not use your messages for advertising, credit scoring, or automated medical decisions.

4. Where it is stored and who helps us run the site

The website is hosted on Vercel. WhatsApp conversations live on Meta Platforms' systems once you message us. Those providers process data to host the site or operate messaging.

After you join the group, WhatsApp remains the channel for community chat and has its own privacy terms for that conversation.

5. Sharing

Join conversations are reviewed by the SafeSpace team. We do not sell your information. We may share limited details with trusted operators only as needed to welcome members, keep the circle safe, or comply with law.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep WhatsApp or email notes while they are useful for welcoming members, moderation, and safety. You can ask us to delete what we hold about your join conversation by emailing contact@nyvra.life. We may retain minimal records if needed for abuse prevention or legal reasons. Message history inside WhatsApp may also follow Meta Platforms' retention rules.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or similar technology required for hosting, security, or basic operation. We do not run advertising trackers on the SafeSpace join flow.

8. Children

SafeSpace is intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a minor contacted us, reach out and we will remove what we can from our side.

9. Your choices
